Breville was founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 1932. The company originally produced radios, but after World War II, the focus changed to the production of small appliances. Breville's most famous product is the sandwich toaster, or toastie maker, which the company invented in 1974. Breville UK currently collaborate with celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson - see below for AWT products.
